  I would give zero stars if that could be done.
  
  Well, I just called to ask about repair parts. My son's computer is acting up and I know the heat sink cpu fan is not spinning. So I thought I would see if they kept them stock.
  
  He decides to talk to me like I don't know anything and when i say i realize how many different heat sinks there are on the market he hangs up, before I could even read the numbers off, since I had the case open. I think i will repair myself.
  
  I suggest you take your computer somewhere they will not talk down to you or hang up on you.
