  Hey Travis
  I sent you pictures of the glue trap your tech Larry set in the inside corner of the garage right where the garage door opens and closes with a small garden snake trapped in it. I may need a few more of these glue traps!
  Thanks for offering to drop some more traps over to me the very next day after I found the snake stuck in one, what great personal service.
  
  Here is the funny part, I picked up this loaded snake ridden trap with a broom stick and ran it to the other side of my subdivision and threw it in the dumpster. Hopefully no one caught my pathetic "jog" to the other side of the subdivision with the trap on the end of a broom stick, not one of my “Manley “ proud moments in life. Your glue traps (meant for trapping some spiders and beatles) in my garage actually caught a small garden snake! That was fantastic!

  Rove Pest Control is timely, sure. But they're also overpriced. I signed a one-year service contract more than a year ago. When I received a service appointment reminder, I replied with an email cancelling my appointment with a request to confirm receipt. I subsequently got 2 voicemails which I assumed were some effort to get me to renew the contract. I already knew they were overpriced and didn't want to renew, so I didn't call back. Then they showed up for the appointment I cancelled and left a bill. When I called to tell them I cancelled the appointment, they said the contract auto-renewed and required a 30-day cancellation. When I asked how I was supposed to know about the auto-renew and cancellation policy, she said it was on the contract I signed. Please tell me if you regularly review your exterminator agreements for cancellation policies to make sure you aren't charged past what you initially agreed to? Right. I didn't think so. The account manager then said because I'd been a customer for more than a year, they could offer me a lower price. I'm sorry - why couldn't I have had that lower price all along? I've never left a review like this publicly for any company, although I've been disappointed with service on a number of occasions. Rove is deceitful and I hope no one else falls prey to their ridiculous way of doing business.
